Very few places in the DMV put brand-new subdivisions this close to working farmland. Clarksburg sits right on the boundary of Montgomery County's Agricultural Reserve. The Ten Mile Creek and Little Seneca Creek watersheds run through and around Clarksburg. They feed Little Seneca Lake at Black Hill Regional Park. To the north, 3,700 acres of forest and stream valley at Little Bennett Regional Park wrap the top of town.
