The AI can only see what your camera sees. A few seconds of setup makes a big difference.

A top-down shot plus a side view helps separate look-alike species.

How accurate is it?
Accuracy depends on the photo. Clear, close, well-lit shots of the whole pest work best. We show a confidence level with every result and list the closest alternatives so you can compare them against our pest library.
What happens if I ask for help?
We ask for your name and phone number, create a request for our service team, and one of our local technicians calls you to talk through what we found and what treatment would cost. There is no obligation.
What if I just want to know what it is?
Choose “No thanks, just identify it.” You’ll get the identification, our reasoning, and a short action plan right on the page, plus a copy in your inbox.
Where do my photos go?
