How Treatment Works
Mouse work isn't one visit. Our protocol starts with a full inspection of the home and perimeter, places product where the trail signs say activity is happening, then returns at one and three weeks to read what's working and adjust. After that, the exterior stays on perimeter monitoring so new pressure shows up in our bait records first.
We walk the property looking for the tells: gnaw marks on packaging and wood, rice-grain droppings along baseboards and common runways, greasy rub marks on baseboards, and any opening larger than ¼ inch — pipe penetrations, rim joist gaps, garage door corners, dryer vents.
Outside the home, we set tamper-proof rodent stations at activity hot spots. Inside, we lean on snap traps where appropriate so mice don't die in wall voids and create odor problems. Placement follows the trails — not a generic grid.
We come back at one week and again at three weeks to read consumption, clear caught mice, and rotate attractants if a population is being finicky. The follow-up cadence is what actually drives activity down.
Once activity is under control, we keep the exterior stations on a regular monitoring schedule. New pressure shows up in the bait records before it shows up in your kitchen, so we can adjust before it becomes another interior call.

Why It Matters
House mice reproduce fast, contaminate as they travel, and gnaw constantly. From there we place tamper-proof rodent stations on the exterior at activity hot spots and use interior snap traps where appropriate so mice don't expire in wall voids. We follow up at 1 and 3 weeks to read consumption and clear catches, then keep the perimeter on ongoing monitoring.
