Recruit AG FlexPack contains noviflumuron, an insect growth regulator used to eliminate subterranean termite colonies by disrupting their molting process. It is applied as an above-ground bait station in areas with active termites, including structures, fences, trees, and utility poles, where termites consume the bait and spread it within the colony.
