Damminix contains permethrin and is designed to target ticks by utilizing treated nesting material for rodents, which then spread the insecticide to tick populations. It is applied by placing biodegradable tubes filled with permethrin-treated cotton in areas where rodents are active, allowing them to use the material in their nests and expose ticks to the insecticide.
