How do you treat for mosquitoes and ticks? +
Our treatments for mosquitoes and ticks are tailored to hit them where they live and breed. For mosquitoes, we use a combination of a backpack mist blower to target shaded areas where mosquitoes rest, along with an adulticide mixed with an Insect Growth Regulator (IGR) to reduce mosquito populations by over 50% within 24 hours. We also perform granular applications to low, water-retaining areas to control larvae. For ticks, our approach is seasonal. We apply granular treatments in the spring and fall to reduce tick populations at their highest activity points. During the rest of the season, we focus on barrier treatments in the ecotone—the area where your lawn meets wooded or overgrown areas—to keep ticks from entering your yard.

What is the IN2Care program, and how does it work? +
The IN2Care system is an eco-friendly, no-spray mosquito control solution. We install mosquito traps that attract mosquitoes and infect them with a slow-acting larvicide. The mosquitoes then carry the larvicide to other breeding sites, disrupting the mosquito lifecycle. This method significantly reduces mosquito populations without the need for traditional sprays.
How often will you come out for mosquito and tick treatments? +
For our traditional mosquito and tick programs, we perform regular treatments from March to November. The IN2Care program involves monthly visits from April to October for trap maintenance.
What happens if I still see mosquitoes or ticks between services? +
Our programs include unlimited free callbacks between scheduled visits. If you notice an increase in activity, just give us a call, and we'll come out to re-treat at no additional cost.
Can I use the IN2Care system if I have a garden? +
Yes! Since IN2Care does not involve traditional spraying, it's a great option for homeowners with vegetable gardens and flower beds.
Will mosquito treatments harm pollinators like bees and butterflies? +
Our technicians are trained to avoid spraying blooming flowers, fruits, and vegetables to minimize impact on pollinators. If you're especially concerned, we recommend the IN2Care system as a non-spray alternative.
Will mosquito and tick treatments eliminate all pests in my yard? +
No treatment can guarantee 100% elimination, but our programs are designed to provide significant reduction. We also encourage customers to take additional steps like removing standing water and keeping lawns well-maintained to reduce breeding grounds.
